Screeching Phase

Evan has started screeching...I can't figure out any kind of pattern of when or why...Sometimes he's happy, tired, jumping, tummy time, morning, evening...no apparent commonality, but I know it is driving me crazy. It is so high pitched, that it literally makes my ears ring. I thought this was something unique to our special boy until I Googled it..."Screeching 6 month old"...Sure enough, other babies do this too!! Friends have since told me that "this too shall pass," but it can't pass soon enough. Glass half full perspective: At least we know his vocal chords work, maybe this means he is going to be a world famous singer someday ;)
